What’s good everyone?!
So I recently finished One Punch Man season 2 and in my opinion, I thought it was really good. I’ve heard that various people had mixed feelings, but I definitely enjoyed it.
However, after watching both seasons, I learned 3 pivotal keys to success from Saitama.
Anime Inspiration – Train Until Your Hair Falls Out
The biggest key that I learned overall from One Punch Man is that we should train until our hair falls out….
Of course, I’m kidding, but training should definitely be a big part of what we do on our journey to greatness.
By investing time into our health and training in the art of our respective crafts and professions, we can only get better with the passage of time.
Although some of us may engage in the mental aspect more than the physical, it is still good to have good nutrition and to stay in decent shape in order to optimize our potential.
Anime Inspiration – Find a Hobby to Relieve Stress
Now this key is very important because we all can get burnt out sometimes. Although Saitama didn’t get burnt out, he did get tired and bored during the series.
To combat this boredom and/or stress, he would take a little bit of time to battle it out with King on the gaming system.
Although he lost a lot, this was a productive way to get his mind off the stresses of being a hero and reaching his full potential.
Although some may say that watching TV and gaming are a waste of time, some of us know that this can be life!
In my case, watching anime, drawing, and working out are great stress relievers for me too.
Whatever hobby you choose, just make sure that it allows you to free up your thoughts and be in a moment of relaxation.
Anime Inspiration – Have Fun on Your Journey
The last and final key to success from Saitama is to have fun on your journey.
Initially, Saitama became a hero just for fun. However, during season two, he notes that since he joined the Heroes Association, he lost sight of that.
No matter what it is that we decide to do in our lives, we must remember why we decided to it and to have some fun while we’re at it.
A personal method that I like to apply is that after every major milestone or achievement, I try to treat myself to an activity or experience of some sort that I’m not able to engage in very often to symbolize the greatness that has been achieved.
Have you achieved anything meaningful as of late? If so, how will you celebrate the achievement? And have you been having fun on your journey?
