How’s it going everyone?! So as of late, I’ve been watching Part II of the Lupin The Third anime series and I must say that it is quite entertaining.
Every time Zenigata shows up on the screen, I know some type of malarkey will occur.
But on a serious note, there were a few things that I learned from Lupin that I feel can help all of us master our craft in our journey to success.
Anime Motivation – Find Something You Enjoy and Become the Best at It
With coming from a family of notorious thieves, it was only fitting that Lupin would find himself to be a natural in this field.
However, on your own journey, you can choose something that you truly enjoy instead of following in the footsteps of previous family members.
But, moving along, Lupin chooses to become the greatest thief the world has ever known.
In doing so, Lupin became a Master of this craft and he did so by educating himself on all the workings of thievery and training himself to be the best he could be.
One can only assume that his training consisted of Studying the great Thieves who paved the way for him, honing combat skills, becoming an adequate impersonator, and mastering the art of escaping various situations and scenarios.
Anime Motivation – Always Plan Ahead
Another method that Lupin has employed is the action of always planning ahead and being as precise as possible in your determined actions.
By planning ahead, you are able to determine what obstacles you may face en route to achieving your desired outcome and how to mitigate those hinderances.
You will also set yourself up to be more successful because you will know what to look forward to and have a solid idea of how to progress with your desired plan.
For instance, let’s say that you decide that digital art will be the craft that you master, there is a lot of ways that you can go about it.
I know me personally, I would make a plan to draw as many things as I can traditionally first because that is what I am used to.
Then I would save up money for a computer, a tablet, a scanner, and for whatever software that I would need digitally to create my art.
After I obtain all of those things, then I would watch tutorials on how to use them, and lastly, I would spend 30 minutes to 2 hours daily for about a month so that I can have baseline skills on digital creation.
Afterwards, I would keep practicing bit by bit and creating my own masterpieces, sharing them, and building a personal community around my artwork.
Before long, I will have become a master of digital art creations.
Anime Motivation – Find Worthy Allies
Moving on, it is important to find worthy allies. Now this is important because Lupin has Jigen, Goemon, and Fujiko (sometimes).
I know most people say “Build a Team, Build a Team, you need a team to be successful!”
However, not all of us are able to do this because not everyone is down with your dreams, goals, or passions.
With that being said, we can build working relationships with other people who have similar purposes and become allies in that way by helping each other.
Worthy allies can be found in many shapes and forms so don’t get down on yourself if you don’t have a standard team.
Allied relationships are key to being successful and mastering your craft, because the same people that help you in producing a product can also teach you things that you would have never thought of.
Anime Motivation – Always Execute to the Best of Your Abilities
Lastly, to be a true master of your craft, we should always do our best to execute tasks to the best of our abilities.
Although Zenigata is always hot on Lupin’s trail, he never seems to fail to get the job done.
Whether its switching out priceless artwork or just flat out conducting a huge heist, Lupin always comes out on top!
There are even times when Lupin would actually get caught and arrested by Zenigata, but he never would be negative about the situation.
Instead he’d take a deep breath, make a new plan, trust his allies, and then he’d be free by the next day.
In our own lives, we should always seek to get the job done and remain positive during the process.
I know it’s not easy, but if we can master our mind, our thoughts, and our craft, then we are all truly unstoppable!
