So I know there’s a lot of people that dislike Scrappy Doo. However, I absolutely love Scrappy.
This is probably because I enjoy the disgust on people’s face whenever I bring him up haha.
But aside from that, I was recently having a Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo marathon and the most amazing thing happened….
I realized that there were actually valuable lessons to be learned from this miniature pup.
Cartoon Inspiration – Always Have Overbearing Enthusiasm
The most major thing that I noticed about scrappy was how enthusiastic he was about catching whatever ghost or entity the gang was up against.
Although a lot of times he caused more harm than good, it’s this type of enthusiasm that we need to tap into on those low days when trying to achieve our goals.
Whatever obstacle that we face, whether good or bad, we should face it with the upmost positivity and enthusiasm so that we can accomplish something great!
Cartoon Inspiration – Be Willing to Take Risks
In almost every scenario, Scrappy is always ready to risk it all!
This could be in regards to saving his Uncle Scooby or setting up the best possible Scrappy-Trap to catch those baddies!
If we are not willing to take risks, we always lose out on a chance for the rewards that they may entail.
Scrappy is definitely the epitome of a risk-taker in this series as Scooby and Shaggy are always heading the opposite direction.
By taking smart and calculated risks, we can also achieve immense greatness along our journey.
Cartoon Inspiration – Always Be Ready to Fight
The Last lesson that I gathered from Scrappy is to always be ready to fight! No matter how hard your trial gets or however difficult the challenge may be, never give up!
Scrappy always tried to play the tough guy, but you can never doubt his willingness to throw hands with the latest Ghost, ghoul, spirit, Sea-Beast, etc…
He always stayed ready and that’s how we should always be.
Stay ready for when your opportunity presents itself and be ready to fight for your dreams should any form of hindrance stand in your path!
